Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Ellicottville, New York is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Assistant will be involved in all areas of the golf operation.
• League and tournament setup/execution.
• Junior golf clinics, individual lessons, and merchandising sales.
• Leads the team of outside staff members through ideas and training alongside the Head Golf Professional.
• Helps implement and maintain established golf shop and course policies and procedures.
• Registering daily golfers, reserving tee times, outside operations, and golf car management.

Requirements:
Prior golf operation experience a plus, but not mandatory.
Looking for an enthusiastic, career-motivated individual with a passion for golf.
Must be customer service oriented.
PGA level 1 or higher preferred but not mandatory.
Outgoing personality with public speaking skills.
Strong computer skills.
Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher.
Point of Sale.
GHIN & Golf Genius.
Financial knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
Overall golf knowledge.
Standard work week will consist of 30-40 hours.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $21.00 per hour.
