Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Fayetteville, Arkansas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for, but not limited to, administering our junior programs, including clinics, PGA Jr. League and organizing play dates. The applicant will have the ability to be involved in all facets of the operation and will have time to teach and play during working hours.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Promote the game of golf to the membership of the club, and protects the brand of the club in our community.
• Work with the golf and other club staff to successfully implement the overall vision of providing the finest golf and social experiences for the membership.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional and other Assistant Golf Professional with all activities and operations associated with daily play to deliver operational excellence.
• Oversee Outside Services Team with Club Storage and Golf Cart Fleet Management.
o Management / Scheduling.
• Assist the Head Golf Professional with the successful administration and execution of tournament operations.
• Manage Junior Golf Program, its instruction, and associated activities.
• Develop and publish high quality communication for the membership.
• Provide high quality golf instruction for private and group lessons.
• Play golf with the membership.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Head Golf Professional or Assistant Golf Professional.

Requirements:
Preferred private club experience.
Desire to become a PGA member.
Level 2-3 Associate or Class A PGA member.
Advanced organizational and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for customer service.

Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
