Golf Course in Edwardsville, Illinois is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Operations Management:
• Direct and oversee all facets of golf operations, including staff management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Supervise assistant golf professionals, shop assistants, and the outside operations team
• Implement club policies, ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Manage merchandising efforts, optimizing inventory control and sales.

Member Engagement:
• Conduct engaging golf events and tournaments to enrich member experience.
• Oversee personalized services such as club fittings and customized instruction.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes service excellence.

Strategic Planning:
• Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance club facilities and member offerings.
• Drive initiatives that increase the club’s prominence and appeal.

Communication and Collaboration:
• Maintain exemplary communication with members, guests, vendors, and colleagues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive club operations.

Preferred Attributes & Qualifications:
PGA Class A Member in good standing.
5 years of professional golf experience with supervisory roles.
Excellent knowledge of GOLF GENIUS Tournament instruction, USGA rules, and golf-related software for operations reporting.
Strong proficiency in JONAS Software.

Compensation:
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year.
