Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Course in Glenview, Illinois is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Interns will be involved in all aspects of daily golf course maintenance including some of the following, but not limited to:
• Walk mowing greens
• General upkeep of all short grass surfaces around the golf course
• Course setup (cutting cups, tee markers)
• Chem/fertilizer calibration and application
• Hand-watering greens
• Equipment operation
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair
• Disease and drought scouting
• Introduction to small group management.

Requirements:
Certificate, Associate, or 4-year degree in a turf-related field is preferred, but not required.
At least one season working on a golf course is preferred, but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn is all we require.

Compensation:
$19 – $21 per hour.
Free on-site housing.
Free meals are provided Tuesday- Sunday.
