Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in North East, Pennsylvania is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
As a member of the Golf Management Team, the position will oversee the total golf operation and services offered including the golf shop, golf range, golf services areas and golf car operation including supervision of the head golf professional. The position will promote an exceptional “golf experience” and provide excellent services and programs for all patrons.

Requirements:
Ability and willingness to skillfully address potentially controversial member issues.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Manage the financial and operational performance of the golf operations including but not limited to developing an annual budget for the golf operations.
Attend Golf Committee meetings and any invited/scheduled management meetings.
Recruit, hire, oversee, and manage a golf staff committed to impeccable service.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic
Self-motivated with desire to promote and market.
Service and customer-focused attitude.
Utilize the resources of PGA player development programs such as PGA Junior League, Drive/Chip/Putt, and others.

Compensation:
$38,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
