Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Glen Carbon, Illinois is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for building and executing an expansive coaching and lessons program providing a unique game improvement experience in a simulator environment. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing the golf experience for year-round golf leagues and tournaments, private parties, corporate events and more. Additional responsibilities will be assisting the general manager in overseeing the facility, including kitchen and bar, and supervising employees.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Ability to have and be flexible for scheduling & teaching lessons.
• Service and customer-focused attitude.
• Salaried 40-hour work week.

Work with the General Manager to:
• Adapt to X-Golf PNW Protocol powered by Andy Morris Golf.
• Develop coaching plans and programs.
• Create a positive learning environment.
• Engage and make clients feel welcome.
• Maintain/evaluate teaching aids and equipment.
• Utilize modern technologies and be willing to adapt to changing techniques.

Requirements:
Development, management, and execution of individual and group lessons.
Management of any golf shop or club-fitting activities.
Selling of coaching and lesson services.
Master of ceremony for weeknight X-Leagues, tournaments, and events.
Supervisions of facility operations and staff as directed by the general manager.
Working closely with owners to create an unforgettable customer experience that drives repeat business.
