Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Cato, Wisconsin is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
High school diploma or equivalent; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an atmosphere of total hospitality.
2. Ensure that all business is conducted with integrity and in a professional manner.
3. In charge of training and supervision of all golf operations employees.
4. Work with the Owner to create a yearly operating budget for the pro shop.
5. Work golf industry trade shows based on yearly opportunities to promote the branch.
6. Prepare weekly schedules for golf operations.
7. Ensure that all Men and Ladies’ events are conducted in a professional manner.
8. Work directly with the Owner to ensure successful events.
9. Ensure that all policies and procedures of the club are being followed.
10. Maintain communication with the superintendent concerning daily operations.
11. Manage all merchandising for the pro shop.
12. Maintain an acceptable playing ability, play golf with passholders.
13. Maintain golf shop duties as primary focus.
14. Perform any other duties that are necessary for a successful operation.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
