Head Golf Professional
Country Club in Humboldt, Tennessee is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
The Head Professional will manage all aspects of the daily operations of the club, including the following duties:
• Oversee the management, development, and performance of the golf shop, food and beverage, clubhouse, pool, and membership programs. This position does not manage the golf course maintenance.
• Monitor the performance of daily operations, functions, and services, and ensure high standards and total member satisfaction.
• Coordinate the development of operating and capital budgets; monitor financial statements, review income and expenses relative to plans; implement corrective measures as needed, and report status on a monthly basis.
• Oversee the cleanliness, care, and maintenance of the clubhouse facility and surroundingclub property.
• Ensure and initiate programs to provide members with a variety of innovative functions, programs, and events.
• Promote and direct daily play and all activities and services for members.
• Providing the highest level of service and interaction with guests to ensure an “overall pleasant experience.”
• Coordinate and ensure all written and electronic correspondence, reporting, newsletters, and communications with members.
• Coordinate plans for all food and beverage needs, banquets, outside events, and catering for all functions.
• Enforce all rules and regulations governing golf course usage.
• Oversee Club marketing initiatives, including all promotional materials, website and social media, the promotion of new golf memberships, play recruitment, etc.
• Work closely and maintain a relationship with the General Manager/Golf Course Superintendent.
• Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community.
• Coordinate and coach the junior golf program.

Requirements:
PGA Class A member of PGA Associate Level III in good standing, preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills will be required to interact with members on a regular basis.
Excellent business management, accounting, and computer skills.
Experience creating and implementing sales and marketing programs.
Minimum of 3+ years of golf operations management experience.
Proven record of developing, promoting, and expanding all golf activities.
Proven record of providing superior member service and staff training and development.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to oversee and manage the operation of food and beverage, banquet activities, and swimming pool.
This is a year-round position and will begin as soon as possible after the hiring process is completed.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
