Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Cary, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the golf course pertaining to all pro shop, driving range, golf cart and assisting with restaurant operations including all amenities around the clubhouse. Assists, oversees and manages staff to insure good playing conditions and quality customer service.

Major Duties: Schedules daily play, outings, permanent tee times and leagues. Promotes annual memberships and season pass programs. Assists in training personnel. Responsible for point-of-sale, merchandising shop, cash transactions, gift certificate and gift card reconciliation, preparing daily cash reports, bank deposits and maintaining cleanliness in and around the clubhouse, driving range and main thoroughfares. Responsible for giving private lessons as well as group lessons. Assist with bartending and preparing menu items in restaurant. Help with the running of our PGA Junior Golf Team(s), Get Golf Ready, and Summer Junior Clinics. Assists in the club repair department. Work as a team player with entire staff, get everyone on board with “everyone works well together” philosophy

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
