Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Boulder City, Nevada is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of daily golf operation. Daily tasks range from tee time reservations, check in, course play, tournaments and outings, training, etc. Able to provide highly efficient and superior customer service to meet the highest standards of excellence for guest enjoyment.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist guests by providing and interpreting golf course policies, rules, and regulations.
• Manage the daily opening and closing of golf operations as needed.
• Effectively manage numerous types of tournaments/outings from start to finish.
• Assist with the ordering, receiving, pricing, and displaying of merchandise.
• Perform other appropriate tasks assigned by the Head Golf Professional.

Requirements:
1 year prior golf course experience preferred.
Actively pursuing PGA membership (if a PGA Associate) through the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGA/PGM) program.
Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations.
Attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
Excellent service and customer focused attitude.
Experience in written and oral business communications.

Compensation:
$15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
