Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Lake Kiowa, Texas is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This individual will play a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests through high-touch service, operational support, and professional representation of the golf program.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized, high-level service to members and guests on and off the course.
• Assist in the daily operation of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory control, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Support the organization, promotion, and execution of member tournaments, leagues, and social events.
• Monitor pace of play and provide a professional on-course presence to ensure enjoyment and adherence to club rules.
• Assist in the development and delivery of instructional programs, including private lessons, clinics, and junior golf (if applicable).
• Provide product knowledge and assist with club fittings and equipment sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment.
• Uphold club standards of appearance, etiquette, and hospitality at all times.

Requirements:
PGA Associate status or a strong desire to pursue PGA membership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
A genuine passion for the game of golf and a professional demeanor.
Experience working in golf shop retail, tournament operations, and/or player services.
Previous teaching or coaching experience.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, tournament software (e.g., Golf Genius), and tee sheet management tools (e.g., Chelsea reservation system or similar) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and positively with members, guests, and colleagues.
