Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Las Vegas, Nevada is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Initial Priorities of Position:
• Support the superintendent in day-to-day course maintenance and operations.
• Supervise and lead staff in executing agronomic practices.
• Help ensure optimal playing conditions throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train, motivate, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Assist in personnel matters including pay rates, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Schedule and supervise daily crew operations.
• Possess thorough knowledge of tasks related to various crew roles and equipment.
• Plan and monitor daily operations and staffing.
• Enforce and train staff in local, state, and federal safety practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facility and equipment.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 per year.
