Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Jamison, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist in managing daily operations including, but not limited to: assisting with merchandising, operating POS system, running golf tournaments, overseeing outside service staff, assisting with golf cart fleet management, lessons, assisting with clinics and promoting the game of golf at the facility to our guests and members.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist Head Golf Professional in daily operations.
• Assist in running golf tournaments.
• Assist in managing outside service staff.
• Work daily shifts in golf shop checking in customers.
• Keeping good stock of inventory on merchandise floor.
• Efficient and friendly customer service.
• Working well with other team members.
• Assist in coordinating club events.
• Assist in the inventory control of hard goods, soft goods and special orders including: ordering procedures, receiving procedures, inputting into point of sale, pricing procedures, displays and sales.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.

Requirements:
Customer service experience, and general golf knowledge.
High School diploma.
College education preferred or equivalent.
PGA Associate in progress, Golf Management School graduate or PGA member in good standing a plus.

Compensation:
$44,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year.
