2nd Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Club in Buck Hill Falls, Pennsylvania is looking for a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position can grow with experience and dedication. This person must be highly motivated to learn all facets of the golf operation, thrive to provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to building a team environment. The season is from April 15 – October 31. (flexible within time frame).

Essential Responsibilities:
• Conduct oneself professionally and provide a first-class service to members and guests.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Daily counter assistance, emails, and member correspondence.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Anticipates and has attention to detail.
• Tournament operations and Golf Shop Software (powered by Golf Genius).
• Tee time management.
• Ability to multi-task under very busy conditions keeping a positive attitude.
• Work closely with shop manager on displays, ordering, and cleanliness.
• Inventory control and special orders.
• Must be passionate about the game and require a certain playing ability.
• Basic club repair.
• Previous work experience in or around a pro shop setting.
• Support and assist, at times, outside service operations.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Head Golf Professional and senior staff.
• Play with members when permitted.

Requirements:
1-3 years of some kind of Golf experience.
