Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Kinston, North Carolina is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Supervise the operation of the pro shop, as well as play on the course and golf activities. A priority for this position will be developing and initiating programs and activities to expand the membership base, increase paid rounds, and enhance the revenue and profitability of the operation.

Key areas of responsibility include:
• Providing a high standard of service to members and guests.
• Managing and overseeing daily golf operations and activities.
• Training and supervising personnel.
• Planning, promoting, and conducting tournaments and outings.
• Providing lessons and junior golf programs.
• Managing the golf shop merchandise.
• Assisting with marketing and membership recruitment programs.
• Supervising rental of golf carts and limited maintenance.
• Playing golf with members as schedule permits.

Requirements:
PGA class A member in good standing.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in all aspects of golf operations.
Excellent business and computer skills.
The ability to maintain an active social media presence.
Engage and communicate professionally with members.
Must have a good understanding of the rules of golf.

Compensation:
$42,500.00 – $48,000.00 per year.
