Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Ankeny, Iowa is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the golf operation, reporting to the General Manager. Directly supervise all inside and outside professional staff to assure a high level of service for members and guests. Guide and hold members, guests, and staff accountable to high standards. Maintain a close and professional relationship with the General Manager, Golf Course Superintendent, and other department heads to ensure effective coordination of golf operations. Mentor and encourage staff development.

Requirements:
Qualified PGA member in good standing with a history of proven performance at the highest level.
Verifiable record of working closely and successfully with a Director of Golf or Head Professional in a private club or upscale daily fee facility.
Experience with Microsoft Office, electronic tee time management systems, POS systems, and tournament/event software such as Golf Genius.
3 years’ experience as a Head Golf Professional preferred.

Compensation:
$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
