Golf course in Cleveland, Tennessee is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
What You’ll Do:
• Be highly visible and engaged with members and guests, ensuring an exceptional golf experience every day.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the golf professional staff, outside services, and shop team.
• Design and deliver a vibrant calendar of tournaments, events, and outings that create lasting memories.
• Curate a premier golf shop experience, offering merchandise that reflects both the game and the lifestyle of our members.
• Grow the game by providing outstanding instruction, clinics, and junior programming for players of all levels.
• Partner with the Golf Course Superintendent to promote excellent course conditions and player etiquette.
• Manage golf operations with creativity and business acumen, balancing service excellence with fiscal responsibility.
• Represent the club and the PGA of America with professionalism on and off the course.

Requirements:
PGA of America Class A Membership (in good standing).
A proven track record in private club or high-end golf operations leadership.
Exceptional teaching and playing ability, with a passion for growing the game.
Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire a team.
A warm, approachable personality and excellent communication skills.
Strong business sense and merchandising expertise.
Dedication to professionalism, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
