Outside Golf Player Services Assistant
Golf course in Bald Head Island, North Carolina is looking for an Outside Golf Player Services Assistant.

Position Overview:
This role is essential in delivering extraordinary experiences for our members and guests by ensuring smooth and enjoyable golf operations. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service, anticipate the needs of players, and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting daily golf operations, including assisting with player check-in and maintaining pace of play.
• Ensuring the proper staging of carts and readiness of play areas.
• Assisting with transportation of golf bags and providing exceptional service at the bag drop area.
• Maintaining the driving range and practice facilities.
• Monitoring the course to ensure adherence to club policies and exceptional experiences for all players.
• Providing clear and professional communication with players and staff.

Requirements:
Have a friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to serve.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
Be detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
Be able to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Show a strong desire to learn and grow in a golf-centric environment.
Preferred: Prior experience in customer service, especially at a high-end private club or golf course, is a plus but not required.
