Head Golf Professional
Golf course in Washington, Missouri is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Lead all aspects of golf operations. This role is ideal for a PGA Level 3 Associate or someone actively pursuing certification, with a passion for member engagement and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Play: Ensure smooth and efficient play by overseeing tee times, pace of play, and on-course operations.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all golf operations.
• Event Organization: Plan, organize, and execute engaging member golf tournaments and leagues, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants.
• External Events Coordination: Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to coordinate and execute outside golf events.
• Retail Management: Oversee merchandising, inventory, and POS systems.
• Player Development: Create and lead programs for men, women, juniors, and families. Manage Junior Golf & PGA Junior League.
• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise golf staff. Foster communication across departments.
• Golf Instruction: Provide golf instruction tailored to all skill levels, enhancing players’ enjoyment and performance.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor budgets, track revenue and expenses.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with GM, Superintendent, and Clubhouse for successful events.

Requirements:
5+ years in golf industry (Assistant or Head Professional).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Service-oriented with a credible golf game.

Compensation:
$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
