Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Holland, Michigan is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversee the golf operation in the absence of the Head Golf Professional.
• Lead and collaborate with golf team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and exceptional member/guest service.
• Manage all aspects of the golf shop, including:
o Tee sheet and point-of-sale management.
o Special orders and inventory control.
o Demo club management.
o Merchandise display and sales.
• Assist in planning and executing member events, weekly leagues, and charity outings.
• Support junior golf programs and player development initiatives.
• Serve as an ambassador for the club, the company, and the game of golf in the community.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Work ethic aligned with core values.
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Golf Genius, and NorthStar or Club Caddie software is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of experience (Class A PGA Member preferred).

Compensation:
$42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.
