Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Kankakee, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in the golf operations in cooperation with the Head Golf Professional, 1st Asssitant, and outside staff.
• Assist in the management and supervision of hourly golf shop and outside service staff.
• Provide a welcoming and professional environment for all members and guests.
• Address member concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Assist with Junior golf programs and clinics.
• Assist with the planning and execution of club tournaments, outings, and special events.
• Assist in the operation of the pro shop, including inventory management and sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.

Requirements:
Passion and desire to work in the golf business.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
