Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf course in Westchester, Illinois is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work directly with Superintendent on all aspects of golf course and grounds management. Candidates must have an interest and desire to understand project management and course improvement. We are currently working on regrassing native areas, multiple shaping renovations, and large scale drainage projects that would greatly prepare any willing individual in their future career path within the turf industry.

Requirements:
Bachelor or associate degree in turfgrass management or related field.
Spanish speaking skills preferred.
Driver’s license and previous or potential to acquire pesticide applicator license.
Two years of golf course experience with progressive responsibilities.
Ability to assist in day-to-day operations.
Desire to lead with a positive and infectious attitude.
Knowledge of machine operation and repair.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $75,000 per year.
2 weeks paid vacation.
