1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Woodbury, Minnesota is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing the overall daily golf operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Supervise and direct service staff to ensure a positive experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Train, schedule, and supervise outside service staff.
• Assist with all aspects of the merchandise program, including special orders.
• Administer designated leagues and small group events.
• Opportunity to provide junior, group, and private instruction.

Requirements:
Qualified candidate must have an outgoing personality and desire to learn the golf business.
Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with both staff and guests.
Prefer 1-2 years’ customer service and golf industry experience, but not required.
Enrolled in PGA program, recommended but not required.

Compensation:
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
