Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Holly Springs, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Perform and assist in managing daily operations in the golf shop and on the course.
• Work closely with first assistant golf professional on exceeding expectations, providing direction and management of staff, assisting in leading and scheduling player services staff, enforcing course policies, assisting with tournament operations, supporting retail operations, and assisting with developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Assist in golf shop merchandising, including displays, inventory control, promotion, and sale of merchandise.
• Assist management in various tournaments and outings.
• Assist in coordinating golf activities with other departments.

Requirements:
Prior experience in golf operations is a plus.
PGA/LPGA member or associate preferred.
Strong desire to advance career and earn PGA membership.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and self motivated.
Comfortable with public speaking.
Computer skills – Microsoft, Golf Genius, experience a plus.

Compensation:
$16.50 – $18.50 per hour.
