Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Alpharetta, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists in daily golf operations, providing excellent member service, organizing events, and supporting golf instruction. They help manage tee times, ensure smooth course operations, and promote a welcoming environment for members and guests. The role also involves assisting with merchandise sales, organizing tournaments, and collaborating with the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf to enhance the overall golfing experience.

• Will assist with golf shop operations and be trained to oversee outside operations.
• Provide efficient and friendly customer service throughout the pro shop, including checking in golfers and accurately ringing up charges at the register.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure that all standards of operations are being met.
• Participate in merchandise operations, including sales, displays, and inventory support.

Requirements:
Customer service experience.
Basic golf knowledge required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Entry into PGA program preferred but not required.
A strong knowledge of the game, customer service skills, and a passion for golf are essential for this position.

Compensation:
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
