Outside Golf Services Attendant
School in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant.

Position Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in equipping them with well-maintained golf carts and through the maintenance of pristine driving range facilities.

What you will do:
• Initiates contact with guest with a warm welcome and the willingness to assist the guest.
• Serves the guest with respect and courtesy in all interactions.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for outside service areas.
• Follow procedures in setting up and breaking down driving range.
• Ensure range balls are cleaned after each pick and always ready for first tee.
• Ensure Range Den Caddies filled with balls consistently and constantly.
• Ensure water buckets and club cleaners are changed as needed.
• Ensure spike cleaners are cleaned daily and surrounding area is kept clean.
• Ensure practice balls picked from driving range tee boxes and range each night.
• Ensure all service work areas are cleaned and readied for next day’s operations (Bag drops, cart barn, driving range).
• Clean golf carts, and stage neatly and orderly with scorecard, pencil, sand and seed mix, bag straps clipped and trash free.
• Ensure all golf carts are washed, dried, stocked and stored each night.
• Ensure golf car rotation strategy followed daily.
• Assist managers with daily and preventive maintenance of golf carts as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/hospitality environment.
Trained in First Aid, CPR & AED or able to complete training needed on own time within 30 days of employment.
Must be able to have flexible schedule, which may require early mornings, weekends and holidays if needed.
Must be available to work anytime within the hours of 5:00 am to 7:00 p.m. any of the 7 days of the week (may be subject to change based upon business need).
Must be able to endure standing or moving for up to 85% of work shift (6.5 hours)
Must have work authorization documents for United States
Must be fluent in English, ability to read and write.
