Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position will expose you to all aspects of our golf operation in preparation to advance your career in the golf industry. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for the game of golf and the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level customer service to all members and guests while promoting the game of golf.
• Conduct daily golf shop operations.
• Provide private and group instruction to members.
• Manage retailing and merchandising in the golf shop.
• Maintain proper inventory management and controls.
• Provide thorough and accurate club-fitting to members and guests.
• Supervise and train the outside operations staff.
• Execute and run member events and tournaments.

Requirements:
PGA membership is preferred, but experienced PGA apprentice that is actively seeking PGA membership will be considered.
Comprehensive knowledge of Golf Genius, the GHIN handicap system, and the USGA Rules of Golf.
2+ years of experience in the golf industry.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Background in high-end customer service is preferred.
