1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Miami Beach, Florida is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties will include assisting the Head Golf Professional with administering member events, corporate events, club repair, and work directly with the outside staff to provide world-class customer service to our members and guests. The position will be highly visible at all times and also assist the Head Golf Professional with payroll-related duties and day-to-day operational requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead the tournament operation under the direction of the head golf professional and successfully organize and facilitate numerous corporate events as well as several member golf events.
• Be highly visible to the membership and guests of the golf course.
• Actively supervise the outside golf operations staff.
• Assist in the golf shop as needed with all POS related duties.
• Assist with club repair duties upon request.

Requirements:
Preferred minimum of 2 years working in a golf operation and/or prior experience in the hospitality industry.
