Golf Cart Attendant
Golf course in Mesquite, Texas is looking for a Golf Cart Attendant.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the daily operation of golf cart usage which includes washing, drying and parking of golf carts throughout the shift.

Duties:
1. All behaviors comply with the Code of Conduct and Rules of Behavior outlined in chapter 8 of the General Government Policies and Procedures Manual.
2. Adheres to assigned work schedule as outlined in city and department attendance policies and procedures.
3. Washing, drying and parking golf carts daily throughout the shift.
4. Interaction with golf course guests.
5. Assisting guest with loading/unloading of golf bags.
6. Working outside in all weather and temperature conditions.

Requirements:
Pass a medical physical examination, drug test, criminal history background check, social security verification number check, driver’s license check, and employment verification check.
Meet the City’s driving standards.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older on or before hire date.
Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge of:
Operating golf carts.
Basic golf etiquette.
Safe work practices.

Skill in: Performing entry level golf cart operation activities.

Ability to:
Load/unload heavy golf bags.
Work in an outdoor environment.
Operate a variety of equipment including, but not limited to golf cart, hand tools, and vacuum cleaner.
Provide quality customer service.
Work a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
$10.26 – $10.85 per hour.
