Head Golf Coach
School in Abilene, Texas is looking for a Head Golf Coach.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will embody and re-enforce our athletic and activity core values of commitment, effort, and teamwork, while fostering a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes. This position offers the opportunity to mentor young athletes, promote sportsmanship, and build a well-rounded program that emphasizes both individual improvement and team success.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of the high school golf program, including practices, competitions, and offseason development.
• Instruct and develop players in golf fundamentals, course management, and mental preparation.
• Promote athletic/activity core values of commitment, effort, and teamwork on and off the course.
• Foster strong relationships with student-athletes and encourage academic accountability.
• Manage scheduling, transportation, and coordination of team events and competitions.
• Maintain, inventory, and oversee care of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with players, families, staff, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with all school, district, and KSHSAA policies.
• Represent the golf program positively in the school and community.
