1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in San Diego, California is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Assist the Head Golf Professional in the daily management of golf operations, ensuring an
exceptional member and guest experience.
• Oversee tee sheet management, tournament operations, and handicap services.
• Provide high-level golf instruction and club fitting services to members and guests.
• Supervise and mentor golf shop staff, outside service personnel, and other team members.
Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing golf shop while assisting with merchandising and
sales.
• Enforce club policies and procedures while promoting a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Assist in organizing and executing club events, tournaments, and outings.
• Provide outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with members and guests.

Requirements:
PGA or LPGA Member or Associate in good standing.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a private club or high-end golf facility.
Strong knowledge of golf operations, tournament coordination, and teaching techniques.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in golf-related software such as Golf Genius, Jonas, or ForeTees.
Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to providing an unparalleled member experience.

Compensation:
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour.
