1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf course in Blue Springs, Missouri is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Assists the Golf staff in the management of all day-to-day golf operations. This position is responsible to manage total golf operation including the golf car and range service staff. The position shall be performed with the highest level of patron satisfaction and service.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Assist in administrating all point of sales applications.
2. Promote all the club activities.
3. Maintain a clean and well-stocked Pro Shop.
4. Ability to open and close facility.
5. Assist in Tee Sheet management and Handicap system.
6. Supervise cart and range staff.
7. Assist in scheduling of staff.
8. Help in preparations of golf outings/leagues.
9. Assist in all POS activities.
10. Assist F & B Manager as needed.
11. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:
Desire to achieve PGA Membership, strong character, motivated and attention to detail required.
Associate’s degree or 1/2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
$43,680.00 – $49,000.00 per year.
