Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Troy, North Carolina is looking for a Head Golf Professional.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities include:
• Managing Tee Sheet for profitability.
• Scheduling of ProShop and Cart employees.
• Maintain inventory of ProShop merchandise.
• Collaborate with superintendent and grounds crew to provide a great experience.
• Provide top-notch customer service ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships and partnerships with the community
• Drive ancillary revenue through sponsorships, events, outings, membership sales and merchandise sales.
• Book and manage all lessons – of which you will keep 100% of revenue.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in a pro shop environment.
Genuine smile.
