Summer Golf Course Intern
Golf Course in Burnsville, North Carolina is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Interns will gain experience in irrigation, chemical applications and calibration, small crew management, disease identification, and other aspects of golf course maintenance. Our internship program is designed to challenge and prepare students for a successful career in turf management. Applicants are expected to have the drive, determination, and self-discipline to complete task in a timely manner with a focus on quality and accuracy. The work is fast paced and intense but also rewarding.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Turf management program.
Have a good attitude conducive for learning.
Strong work ethic.
A passion for the turf industry.
Experience preferred but not necessary.

Compensation:
$18 per hour.
Six months (May-October) – three-month possibility.
Two positions available.
40-45 hours per week with overtime during big events.
