Head Golf Professional
Golf Course in Ashland, Wisconsin is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Cover and staff the proshop during daylight hours.
• Plan, promote, and execute golf events.
• League set up and promotion.
• Recruit, train, oversee, and schedule golf shop employees.
• Oversee a profitable retail operation and maintain appropriate inventory management.
• Provide a healthy instructional program including clinics and individual lessons.
• Communicate directly with the superintendent and board of directors.
• Provide a high level of guest experience.
• Proficient in the use of social media and website.

Requirements:
2 years of experience as a head golf professional or qualified assistant golf professional.
PGA Class “A” member or associate professional working toward membership.
Self-motivated individual.
Tournament and event management experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to sell products and services.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS system.
Recruiting, training, and scheduling all employees in the golf department.
Committed to the service and experience of our facility.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 per year.
