Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Baltimore, Maryland is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The candidate must be self-motivated and a true team player. Candidates will be expected to work closely with the Superintendent and current Assistant to form one cohesive team with the common goal in mind: Providing tournament conditions on a daily basis. The candidate must be an exceptional communicator, who motivates and inspires staff members by example, has good organizational skills and is willing to learn and advance in the turf industry.

Requirements:
Turf Certificate, B.S. or A.S. in Turf Management or related field
Minimum 2 years experience working on a golf course. Prefer previous experience as either Assistant-in-training or 2nd Assistant.
Must be able to obtain a Maryland Pesticide license and Certification in Fertilizer Application.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $80,000 per year.
