Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Avondale, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Assist in all aspects of daily course maintenance.
• Ensuring the playability of the course is up to the standards we require.
• Instruct crew members on proper equipment operation.
• Manage crew members during projects and in the absence of the Superintendent.
• Conduct fertilizer and chemical applications as directed.
• Assist in record keeping of Turf applications.
• Conducting morning job assignments and meetings as needed.
• Repair irrigation system as needed.
• Operate Rainbird Nimbus central control station.

Requirements:
2 or 4 year degree in Turfgrass science or related field.
1-3 years golf course experience.
Maintain Pennsylvania commercial pesticide license or obtain one in 3 months from start date.
Irrigation experience.
Experience operating golf course equipment.

Compensation:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year.
