Outside Golf Services Manager
Country Club in North Hills, Pennsylvania is looking for an Outside Golf Services Manager.

Position Overview:
Work a variety of shifts and will have an active role in supporting the Professional Staff in Tournament Operations, Customer Service and Outside Golf Operations.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage staging area through setup and maintenance of cart fleet.
• Ensure spotless presentation of golf cars through careful operation, washing and cleaning.
• Ensure carts are fully stocked and maintained for play
• Properly manage club storage and member equipment through orderly bag organization, sending out bags in advance of player arrival, ensuring clubs are stored clean and in the correct position.
• Setting up and breaking down the Driving Range.
• Stocking the Driving Range with golf balls daily.
• Assist Golf Professionals with starting of member play.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
• Proactively look for opportunities to assist members & guests needs.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Communicate pertinent information to other departments daily.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary.
• Provide greeting services to members and guests upon completion of their round.

Requirements:
Someone with an eye for detail, plus a passion for providing excellent member/guest/employee services.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
Attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication and correspondence skills.
Professional presentation and appearance.
