Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Cadiz, Kentucky is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Requirements:
Graduate of a college or university with an associate degree in plant science, turf management or a related field.
One year experience as a Golf Course Assistant Superintendent.
Three years as a golf course superintendent or golf course assistant superintendent in addition to a Certificate of Turfgrass Management from an accredited university can substitute for the required education.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license to qualify for employment in this job classification. Must obtain Kentucky Pesticide Applicator License within six months of employment. The N-18 Pesticide Applicators License required by this position can be obtained by passing the test administered by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification. Employing agency is responsible for ensuring employee possesses and maintains required licensure(s), certification(s), or other credentials.
Experience operating all equipment and performing all tasks associated with the maintenance of a golf course.
Experience managing a team of maintenance employees.
Creating and managing a budget and agronomic plan.
Good communication skills.
Ability to obtain and retain a Kentucky Pesticide License.
Golf course construction/renovation experience a plus.
Attention to detail.
Time management.
Leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.

Compensation:
$21.51 – $32.27 per hour.
