Golf Course in Elverson, Pennsylvania is looking for a Summer Golf Course Intern.

Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Member & Guest Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
• Tournaments & Events: Assist in organizing and executing member tournaments, outings, and weekly events, including scoring, setup, and logistics.
• Golf Shop Operations: Learn merchandising techniques, manage inventory, and process sales transactions efficiently.
• Instructional Programs: Assist the Professional staff in running member clinics for all ages.
• Practice Facilities Management: Assist with the daily setup and maintenance of the driving range and practice areas.
• Cart Fleet Management: Assist with daily setup and maintenance of the golf cart fleet on the North course.
• Learning Opportunities: Exposure to budgeting, staff management, and long-term planning within a private club environment.

Requirements:
Enrollment in an accredited PGM program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of golf operations and equipment is preferred.
Passion for providing exceptional member service.
