Assistant Golf Professional
Country Club in Erie, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
Duties:
• Learn merchandising and all aspects of the golf operations or gain more experience as you work to further your career in the golf industry.
• Manage all outside operations.
• Recruit outside staff.
• Schedule and train.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
• Insure cart fleet is serviced and in working order.
• Help train and supervise shop help.
• Oversee the Jr Golf Program and Ladies Program.
• Assist in day to day operations.
• Assist in Ladies Leagues & Mens League.
• Assist in member events.

Requirements:
Private club experience preferred.
College Degree preferred.
Must start PGA membership process or be working to obtain PGA membership.
Basic computer knowledge.

Compensation:
$37,500.00 per year.
