1st Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in West Chester, Pennsylvania is looking for a 1st Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview: You will be responsible for tournament operations, the junior golf program/junior league team, teaching lessons to both members and non-members, working in the golf shop, assisting with outside service as needed weekly and help manage a very active golf course. Our staff goal is to offer the highest levels of service to our members and guests.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Tournament Operations.
• Junior Golf Program, Camps and Junior League Team.
• Golf Shop Attendant/Assist with Merchandising.
• Club Repair.
• Assist with Outside Operations team when needed.
• Performing any duty necessary in order for Penn Oaks to succeed.
• Teach Golf Lessons and Clinics.

Requirements:
PGA or PGA Apprentice preferred.
Experience at a private golf/country club is preferred but not required.
Golf course experience is necessary.
Experience managing a POS and Tee Time Management system.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google.
Experience with JONAS Point-of-Sale and Golf Genius tournament software preferred.

Compensation:
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year.
