Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Work with Superintendent and Assistants in the maintenance and progression of the property including projects, water management, fertility and pesticide management and cultural practices.

Requirements:
Certificate, Associates or Bachelors from a Turf/Golf Course Management Program. Current students expecting to graduate in 2025 encouraged to apply.
Construction/renovation experience a plus, but not required.
Water management of surfaces mentioned in job description to achieve healthy surfaces that play to the best of their ability daily.
Management of 20+ diverse crew of different ages, genders, and ethnicities to present the best golf course possible in the most efficient way possible.
Ability to cross train staff on different machinery to keep staff engaged and enthusiastic about doing different tasks daily.
Detailed oriented.
Good communicator.
Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently to carry out written and verbal instructions.
Ability to multitask completing task and prioritize work.
Ability to visually inspect golf course and clubhouse grounds.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office and other software pertaining to golf course management.
Possess or ability to possess a PA Pesticide Applicator License within 90 days of hire.
Driver’s license.
Ability to work in elements of rain, cold and heat.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 per year.
