Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Valparaiso, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Under the direction and supervision of the Head Superintendent, the position will lead small groups to achieve optimal golf course conditions in a teamwork-driven atmosphere. This position offers opportunities to grow in your career while maintaining an 18-hole golf course. The successful candidate will assist the Superintendent with fertilizer and chemical applications, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and crew/project management.

Requirements:
Education in related fields is preferred.
Experience in golf or landscape maintenance is required.
Indiana Pesticide applicator license is preferred.

Compensation:
$45,000 – $50,000 per year.
Health Insurance 70/30 split for employee coverage.
401K 100% match of the first 4% employee contribution after 12 months of employment.
2 Weeks Paid Vacation Golf Privileges at Aberdeen and other OGM-managed properties
Dental insurance available.
Uniforms provided.
Association dues to GCSAA and State/local chapter.
National/ State/Local/ OGM educational/seminar travel expenses.
