Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Tipton, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
The primary duty of this position is to assist the superintendent in the daily upkeep of the golf course. Tasks may include but are not limited to the following: Managing a crew, golf course setup, mowing/trimming, machine maintenance/setup, spraying/fertilizing, topdressing/aerifying, project work, and irrigation.

Requirements:
Pesticide 3b licensure—if not already certified, it will be required to have been obtained in the first year of tenure.
Any relevant education will be considered.
Unrelated fields with Collegiate and technical degrees may also be beneficial.
All relevant managerial/Turfgrass management experience will be considered but golf course maintenance experience is preferred.
Applicants should be passionate about golf.
Ability to demonstrate reliability and punctuality will promote a candidate.
Leadership Skills are also beneficial.

Compensation:
$40,000 – $50,000 per year.
