Assistant Golf Professional
Golf Course in Crown Point, Indiana is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
This position is perfect for someone eager to learn about the golf industry. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering exceptional service while helping to manage our pro shop and be a leader in our operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet members and guests warmly, providing outstanding service and assistance with their golf needs.
• Merchandising: Assist in managing the pro shop’s merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Sales Support: Engage with customers to promote products, provide recommendations, and assist in the sales process.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing our many golf events and leagues, including tasks such as cart organization, staff delegation, and outing wrap-up.
• Instructional Support: Collaborate with the Head Golf Professional to support lessons, clinics, and junior programs.
• Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized pro shop and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
PGA associate preferred or looking to get into the business.
Golf Genius experience preferred.
A passion for golf and a desire to learn about the industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of golf equipment and merchandise is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
