Golf Course Superintendent
Country Club in Camarillo, California is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.

Position Overview:
Responsible for the agronomics to produce playing conditions outlined in the course’s business plan. The superintendent will attract and develop talent at all levels of golf course maintenance to create a highly functional team. This individual will also focus on the business of agronomy, technology, continuing education and long term strategic planning.

Requirements:
Associate degree in Turfgrass Management or similar field.
5+ years turf grass management experience required.
Advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices with the ability to teach others.
A strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business.
Current (or ability to obtain) state certification or licensing as a pesticide applicator.

Compensation:
$100,000 – $115,000 per year.
