Position Overview:
The Head Golf Professional is responsible for promoting the game of golf and creating an exceptional experience for members and guests at the club. This role delivers outstanding customer service, oversees golf shop operations, and manages golf-related activities. The Head Golf Professional collaborates with the management team to drive revenue growth through innovative programming, member engagement initiatives, and high-quality instruction. This position requires a deep passion for golf, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive environment that encourages participation, enjoyment, and a sense of community among members and guests.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in golf operations and customer service, with a strong commitment to enhancing the member experience.
• PGA or LPGA Professional Certification is mandatory.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Direct financial management and budget responsibility experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential company information and sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism preferred.
• Commitment to upholding the highest level of ethical work standards preferred.
