Position Overview:
The Golf Course is seeking an experienced and service-driven Head Golf Professional to oversee operations, programming, and customer experience at our municipal golf course. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a golf professional who is passionate about growing the game, building community connections, and creating an exceptional experience for golfers of all ages and skill levels.
As Head Golf Professional, you will lead day-to-day golf operations, oversee staff development, coordinate programs and events, manage budgets and inventory, and work closely with course maintenance leadership to ensure a first-class golf experience from tee box to clubhouse. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance business operations, team leadership, customer service, and strategic planning while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages lifelong participation in the game of golf.

Reporting Structure:
Receives general guidance from the Parks Manager and higher-level supervisory staff.

Compensation
$66,236.00 – $92,730.00 per year.
