Golf Club in Lecanto, Florida is looking for a Head Golf Professional.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented, and highly motivated Head Golf Professional to join our leadership team. This position is ideal for a PGA Professional who thrives in a high-performance private club environment and is committed to creating unforgettable golf experiences for members and guests.

The Head Golf Professional will work closely with the Director of Golf and oversee the daily golf operations of the club. This individual will lead by example, mentor and develop team members, manage tournaments and member events, and ensure the highest standards of service throughout the golf operation.

Requirements
• PGA Class A Professional in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a private club or high-end golf facility
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Golf Genius and golf operations technology platforms
• Proven ability to lead teams and create exceptional member experiences
• Merchandising and inventory management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
